I'll kick off the suck fest by saying that I am fucking starving and there is nothing in this house to eat! To go anywhere I have to stop at the gate and check in/out with the guard... that requires me to get dressed and look human. I want to stay in my PJ's and be lazy today damnit!!!!! Why exactly did I not get some f-ing groceries yesterday while I was AT the store & why did I want to live on base again?! -_-

Dear Diary,

Stupid FF put crosshairs where they didn't belong and I fell for it and thought maybe I was in the tww and that I should test today. But, poop, my temps in the last few days shifted my chart and I am now, maybe hopefully, in the tww but only by three days. Charting is great, except for when it's not.

Also, today is DS's birthday and I am a super emotional mamma all crying when I watch him play. And DH is working late tonight, so I feel extra emotional since it feels anticlimactic to not do anything special for our little man on his actual birthday.

I want to eat coco pebbles, but that would require a trip to the store. And I haven't showered since Wednesday morning.

Dear Diary,

The sweetest coworker ever brought me a latte this morning because she knew I was having a bad week. Another of our coworkers announced a pregnancy (after the first month of trying) on CD1 for me after a kind of short cycle so I was hiding in my office to avoid this coworker who happens to be a major over sharer. I am so grateful to have such a sensitive friend at work who could tell I was hurting.

I always share the crappy stuff, but wanted to acknowledge something good.

Dear Diary,

I am so tired. DD kept me up most of the night with a cough, and we had to get up at the ass crack of dawn to drive over an hour to the RE's office (because their satellite office in our town is closed due to relocating) for them to tell me my crappy progress. Of course now we are home and DD won't nap because she slept the entire way home.

And I want to eat something sweet, but we are trying to eat healthy so there is nothing in the house!!!! Sigh

Edit to say that I did not take her in the office with me, I had MH meet me there (as he works half hour away) and play with her in car. I know some people are comfortable taking their kids in the office, but I am not.

Dear Diary, I'm doing my absolute best to keep the jealousy at bay. My friend/neighbor is always willing to babysit for all of my appts, she knows what's going on and is super supportive, and has already offered to help if IVF happens and there are a gazillion appts while I'm stimming. She also just embarrassed-ly told me she's 5 weeks with her 3rd and I know it was their first month trying. :-<

I'm mad I didn't see this and just vented on my old post.
I'm mad I didn't stop for a smoothie when I went out to pick up meds a pharmacy, I hate all food right now. Also I think I'm starting to resent my husband- not for his infertility, but for his nonstop pity party about it. I'm never allowed to say I'm hurt or hurting because he makes it a woe party how he can't do this one thing. Sorry seven years of that and I just need him to one time be the strong one so I can openly hurt and stop keeping it all to myself. I'm always there to reassure him, but no one is there for me, right now I need that.

Dear Diary,
I am annoyed with my DH and know that I am not really justified!! We are mildly low morph and otherwise unexplained and DH decided when we got this news that he was going to make a few small lifestyle changes to give his sperm the best chances. One of these is that he was going to stop drinking any alcohol except for weekends/out to dinner with friends. Just to be clear he does not drink very much nor does he have a problem with alcohol...but he enjoys sitting by the fire in the evening and having a beer after work. Now I am 100% aware that whether he has 7-10drinks per week or 3 it most likely will have zero impact on me getting pregnant! BUT, it was HIS decision to make this change so when he comes home and cracks open his nightly beer it kinda annoys me. I feel like we as women have so much more responsibility during this TTC process and all he was going to do was forgo his cold one! It kinda makes me feel like he is not as dedicated as he should be at this point. BUT, I know this is STUPID of me to feel this way. It is a freaking beer and as I said probably doesn't impact things one bit!

Why do guys think something like that, or a two minute phone call makes them superman???? Seriously, we have the seriously shortend. Don't feel stupid, it is irritating and rightfully so!!! So much more can be tried! Are you guys going to IUI, IVF? Wait and see? There are fertility blends for men too!!!

FWIW, I don't think that's stupid at all. My thought is this: we don't know if it impacts us or not until we do something about it.

My DH likes his beer, too. You're right- not drinking it probably wouldn't change anything, but when we thought maybe it was me I made major lifestyle changes to try to pinpoint a cause and help get us to our goal. Now that I have an all-clear and morphology is our only issue (we think), DH is all "well you can't really change morphology, so.." Whatever to DHs everywhere!

OH MY WOW! That is such bs!! You can change morphology- to a degree, lifestyle changes, mfi diets, fertility blends!!! Guys piss me off!!!! Big whatever to them!!! Any improvement could be just enough!!!

In his defense, the doctor pretty much said there wasn't much he could do to help "fix" the morphology problem, but it's like COME ON. Just give up the beer for awhile and see wtf happens.

Oh no- I agree with you! I'm super irritated with him but had to give myself a reality check. I'm just miffed that I went through all this trouble to change my lifestyle (which has benefitted me in other ways, I'll admit) while he enjoyed his beer and gluten and processed foods, but when it's his turn he's willing to take a mulivitamin and that's about it. Awesome, DH, awesome.

Dearest diary, thank you for letting me fall down the stairs today! At least I was halfway down but now I have bruises all over my legs and an aching back. AF is due on Monday. I haven't tested yet but of course am worried about "what if".

I had to give myself my Lupron shot tonight in the bathroom at a restaurant and I almost passed out. Yes I'm a weenie. #-o (go ahead @MrsCastillo make fun of me). I couldn't look! Then I forgot I had to push the medicine in. I looked down and saw the needle sticking in me and I got woozy. Sigh
