I kinda feel left out with all the new FB group frenzy, but I'm not ready to share my real name & pictures to a bunch of strangers (& a few bump crushes) yet. I hope I don't miss the boat on the special bitches club!

I've been having a pity party for myself (complete with junk food buffet) since I was told about my complete previa yesterday. They put me on pelvic rest, which I'm secretly relieved about since sex has been painful this pregnancy. I'm stressed about having an early CS, being on bleedwatch, and not being able to exercise. I'm also not supposed to be picking up DD, but um...that's not possible. Anyways, I feel stupid for moping over this when so many people have had much scarier news.

My FFFC is lame...but on Monday I bought a bag of Super Chunk Chips Ahoy cookies...My husband had a total of maybe 6 over the entire week and I hid them from my son. I ate the rest either during the work day when no one was around to see. I have no shame.

I'm in my office, in between appointments, listening to/desk-chair-dancing to Beyonce's Countdown on my headphones. I'm torn between hoping someone walks in and hoping someone doesn't. Super professional.

Join when you're ready! It will still be there (hopefully? Unless it implodes, in which cause you'd luckily miss the fallout).

Also, so sorry to hear you're dealing with complete previa. That's a major bummer and it is scary, plus you have to worry about a lot of restrictions. Let yourself have a pity party for a day or two, and take care of yourself.

I thought of another - I'm irrationally offended by the stupid Luvs commercials where the FTM is loading everyone up with hand sanitizer, and the STM hands her baby to the mechanic. Know which one I'm talking about?

The commercial says something along the lines of "by your second kid, every mom's an expert". It makes the FTM look like a neurotic nut. Just irritates me every time.

My normal elliptical machines were all taken at the gym so I had to use a new one. It was going okay until I finished my workout and, instead of congratulating me with an enthusiastic "GREAT JOB!" it just said "END." And I was...somehow disappointed and hurt by this momentarily. My feelings were hurt by a machine.

@kitchencolors I don't know. I had honey flavored chobani, raspberry flavored someotherbrand, and my brother made frozen yogurt in his ice cream maker with blueberry chobani. Even that wasn't great.

@83edwards, that's what I will end up doing. It still gets under my skin that my family thinks I need to give her my baby stuff. Plus, I might want a 3rd and who knows if it is going to be a boy or girl.

Yesterday my Aunt asked my why I wasn't letting my sister use my infant car seat. I told her because in would need it in May. Plus there is a infant car seat new in the box from my sister's registry sitting at her (the Aunt) house from our other Aunt.

I have another one. My sister, who's a pre-K teacher, and a friend with a newborn both came down with the flu this week. They both admitted they didn't get their flu shots, and I want to ask them what the eff they were thinking. Probably not helpful since they're suffering their mistake anyways.

The plain does make a good substitute for sour cream, though. And I have a decent recipe for "alfredo" sauce that is based on Greek yogurt.

I tried to join the FB group but on mobile it was all "NOPE" when I clicked the link. Maybe I'll try later from PC (can't at work because the man blocks FB). I don't really mind joining bc I keep my wall private, so unless I friend anyone, it'll still be private, just with real names to go with the handles. At least I think that's how it works!

We recently moved from LA to Denver, and oh how I miss Trader Joe's! I hear they are opening one in Boulder in February, that makes me happy!

My FFFC is that I will not be returning to my job after my maternity leave is up. They do not know this, and I really could not give two shits. I despise this place more and more every day. Sucks for them!

I'm on my third week off for winter break, I go back to work Monday and I did nothing for the nursery, or anything productive at all for that matter. I was suppose to clean that room out completely (it's our current office) and transfer everything into the guest room (which I also need to clean out). I've been really lazy and know I will regret it when I go back to work and am inundated with report cards, grading, etc.

I seriously need to get it together. This baby is coming!
Also, I didn't log on yesterday and missed the whole FB thing... I'm lame! No, but really, I'm cool as heck! Why didn't I get the memo!?

NOOOOO!!!! Are you sure its that store that doesn't carry it only? I was devastated when I thought walmart quit carrying Cherry Chip. They did but Kroger and the local grocery does. Hope you can find some!

@codineer86 too - I'm pretty sure they still have the Funfetti icing (vanilla with sprinkle packet) but I saw on Betty Crockers website that the rainbow chip (vanilla with mini chips mixed in) is discontinued. There were several upset reviews. But I'm still holding on and gonna check a few places just in case.

LOL. I know how you feel. There's a good station on Pandora that plays toddler tunes and every few songs they throw in Bob Marley, for the parents I guess. And the songs are much more tolerable. The name of the station is Toddler Radio. Elizabeth Mitchell is also a good station to play as she sings a lot of songs that kids like and as a parent, I like her. Lastly, my son LOVES country music and I think it's becuase it sounds a lot like toddler music when you think about it! Just giving you some more options. : )

Did I totally miss the post about joining the FB group? I haven't been on TB in two days and feel so out of the loop!

On the greek yogurt topic, I love it. So much that I just had an expired one. It smelled fine and tasted fine so it must be ok, right?!

Seems like since I've gotten pregnant, neither DH or I have a sex drive. Okay with me cause I'd rather sleep anyway...

I'm not in love with being pregnant either. I'm not having a bad pregnancy but I'm just always uncomfortable and am having trouble sleeping. DH says it's prepping me for baby, but I just want to smack him when he says that. Why can't I get 4 more months of good sleep?!

So in the beginning DH wasn't very sympathetic to the m/s or other pregnancy woes but as I've gotten bigger, he's totally changed. Yesterday he did the dishes and the laundry, won't let me carry anything or shovel snow and meets me at my car so I don't walk on ice alone. It's kinda like who are you and what have you done with my DH??? It makes me feel guilty as I'm sitting here trying to get motivated to do the rest of the laundry and unload the dishwasher and I slept til 10:45...
