I'm also really good at refinishing furniture. My MIL who is an interior designer told me every day over the holiday she really thinks I need to start doing more and selling it.

I can also cut and hang crown moulding, I pretty good with woodworking.

Here is my last project. I bought the table for $40 I stripped it and stained it.

I also have an antique dresser that we bought for the last baby that I think I'm going to redo once it warms up. I may try to sell it, I don't think I want it anymore.

This is going to sound strange, but I'm REALLY good at getting knots out of things.

My friends and I have an ongoing joke about it. My niece used to always get all of her jewelry tangled together; necklaces, bracelets and she would bring them to me and I'd somehow manage to get it untangled. I still get my practice when our cats string toys get tangled together.

I can do math really fast and I can remember multiple sets of numbers. So, I can figure out the tip at a restaurant in 2 seconds and memorize your credit card number before you give it to the server.

Also, I can count cards.

Hey me too! I've played piano since I was 6. And ballet since 5.

Um, as far as weird talents..

Goes with my piano, I guess. I can hear a new song two times, and then play it on the piano in full.

I can cross one eye and keep the other pointing forward. I can't see anything when I do it but it freaks people out.

I'm also double-jointed in my elbows. It feels good to stretch them to the point of popping out but it alarms onlookers.

@katnhiding I'm the same way. It's how I maxed out the English portions of the SAT and ACT where you have to read a passage and answer questions. I was through it really quickly and retained, which gave me plenty of time to get the answers. It also helped any time I had to take an AP test or write essays on books, because I could remember direct quotes even without the book in front of me. Which leads to @dorothyzbornak97 I am full of completely useless trivia. It does come in handy occasionally. @KrissyLeighN My H loves to make up songs as well. Constantly. None as delightful as 'balls on your face' though.

I can whistle through my rolled tongue

I'm a dead on ringer when it comes to any shooting game at a carnival. I can beat any child out there and this pleases my step son immensely. He loves to gloat over the win while tiny tots cry and whine to their parents about the loss. It makes me feel good.

I would also add myself as a ridiculously fun drunk, I have a borderline creepy memory I can remember almost any random fact including address , birthday etc...people have ever told me. I usually don't bring it up. I can make some pretty serious pumpkin bread.

@Joy2611 I need you to come watch TV with me. I can never remember who anyone is and am always missing my shows because I'm looking up people on IMDB.

I am really good at deciphering handwriting and remembering what people's handwriting looks like. Came in handy as an English teacher trying to read my kiddos' papers and figuring out who they belonged too if they forgot to write their names.

I am really good at baking/ cake decorating. @MrsMac613 I wish the same thing! We have a staff meeting every Monday afternoon and I'm constantly being asked to bring in goodies! I am also good at knitting and crocheting.

Cats obsessively love me! They fear my husband with the same degree of fervor.

I'm awesome at using those little touch-up pens to make old/damaged wood look new again! Note that this is not nearly as impressive as @Pintobean39 's talent for refinishing furniture.

Also, I'm weirdly good at applying concealer to zits. Even when I'm broken out, everyone still thinks my skin is perfect (but it's totally not).

I know the words to sososososososooooooooooo many songs!!!! I once tried out for that show Don't Forget the Lyrics--I'm quite certain I wasn't chosen because they knew I would have bankrupted them. I like to sing along to the music out loud to H when we are in the grocery store. I used to sing along to everything when I worked at Trader Joe's. Someone even left a review of our store on Yelp, saying that the staff was "a little weird" and made mention of "one female employee singing very loudly". It's still there and is still awesome.
