Scared, Nervous, all of the above!!!!

So I had a feeling that I was pregnant but it was to soon to test. Well I checked the ovulation chart and I was suppose to get my period Monday. So I took a test at work today  (I couldnt wait) and it had two lines. I was excited before to be pregnant again (before I new I was) and now Im sooooo scared. My baby is 8 months and to think about having another at the end of the year is scary. So when I go home tonight I'm not sure how to tell my husband. I said something to him yesterday about my period and he asked if it started and I told him no. I think I'm just in shock! Apparently my husband and I are very good at making babies since we only did it 2 times.  Words of encouragement would be helpful!

    You can do this!  Being pregnant is beautiful.  You have almost a year to plan and spend one on one time with your LO.  I have two that are 1 1/2 years apart and it is normal to feel overwhelmed at first but once the shock soaks in you will be great!  Congrats!

    Congrats!! It took a good week for my husband and I to get over the initial shock (DH shut down for a day or two). Now if I go in for my ultrasound on the 14th and they see twins (I have a really weird feeling about it) this whole holding it together act is going to fall apart pretty quickly lol. Best of luck :)

    Hahaha omg this is me! It's just one baby. But I keep having this dream about twins so scary! lol

    Aw, this reminds me of my freak out I had almost 2 weeks ago when I found out. I cried all day! I'm sure you could find my thread about it. Anyway, although I didn't want to tell DH for 8 weeks because he's a horrible secret keeper, I finally broke down and told him while crying the whole time. He was so excited. He just kept yelling "yes!" While hugging me followed by, "I'm sorry.... But YEs!" Give it time. Second day After some much needed sleep I felt much better although still a little upset/worried and now, not even two weeks later, I'm only excited. Will it be crazy? Absolutely. But it will probably be pretty awesome too. :) congrats!

    arschm02 That did make me cry but it also did make me feel a lot better. 
    After telling my husband last night he was excited. He then said after baby is here we are done. LOL I told him I would like one more but he wasnt to happy about that. He also is really hoping this is a girl and I hope this too but I will be happy either way as long as baby is health and happy.

    Congratulations!!! I got pregnant with DS when my DD was 9 months old. It's definitely challenging to be pregnant and chasing a baby/toddler around and having 2 very little ones isn't easy but I love how close in age my kids are. They will be into similar things together and hopefully have a close relationship. It's also nice to know we will get all the baby stuff done before too long and have more freedom to do things with the kids.

    hello. I was in the same boat and I am now 18 weeks pregnant. I was extremely terrified and wasnt sure how I could do it. Now, having my baby boy inside, I cant wait till he is born. Yes I am scared as to how close they will be in age but I also look at how amazingly close my daughter and son will be growing up :) Good luck. You will be great and I am here if you need to talk
