Laying on your left side should help too but overall our babies are still pretty small which attributes to the inconsistentness of the movement you feel
Every time I eat, baby boy will wiggle and kick around. Orange juice is a definite way to get him to kick. I drink a glass at night when DH wants to feel and talk to the baby. Works every time.
DS used to love chocolate milk/milkshakes. Would get him moving all the time. Your movements typically lull baby to sleep, and they will normally wake when you are still as opposed to being very active. Worth a try, right?
I had an icee while sitting in a movie last weekend and baby went nuts. I felt it more than ever that time. OJ works too. Plan to have an icee on my way to my gender sono on Friday.
Pizza and homemade soda biscuits made my little peanut do somersaults the past week! And when I sleep and roll to one side, I get woken up by the flutters or flat out kicks.
