Piano mat woes

Wondering where everyone keeps theirs now that LOs (I'm assuming) play with them sitting or in an upright vs lay and kick position. I'm funding the plastic legs that go to the piano cumbersome. Am I missing something? Can those be removed? Tia!

    I was wondering the same thing I wish this long things could detach from the piano. For now we keep it under the swing.

    @cl8badb thank you :) That's how we play with it now. I'd love to detach them from those darn legs!

    @heartlikemine I may brake it off... Not really, but as I try to comfortably fit it anywhere it crosses my mind!

    @nachellebeck I love ours. We run it daily to get the pet hairs off the wood floor. I still vacuum manually any carpeted/rug area LO will be on to be sure it's clean

    Am I the only one that has a LO who could really care less about the mat not that he's upright and moving around? I tried to sit him at the piano and show him how fun it would be to make noise that way. He looked at me like I was an idiot and scooted away. I still bring it out on occasion to see if he has changed his mind. No dice. I'm thinking it's about time to let it go.
