Warner's new trick is reaching out his hand every time he meets someone new... he does it with a huge smile on his face... grocery store, elevator, you name it, that kid is like the Mayor of the DC metro region!

Watching You Grow Everyday, Right Before Our Eyes!
Well it didn't necessarily melt my heart but it made me a proud mama: little man got up all 5 stairs today. He has only been getting up 1 and just whining. Well, today he made it up all of them (while whining the whole time). He was so proud when he got to the top though

Torrin has been "feeding me" his nasty, mush and slobber covered food. Lol I graciously fake gobble it up and say thank you. He thinks it's hilarious. With his favorite crackers though he will only do it for a second then grab it back fast and shove it in his mouth lol.
Sat and had a tea party with James. He was handing her pieces of "cake" (she got the vtech tea party set for Christmas) and she was shrieking and giggling. So cute.
The exact same thing has been happening here! T got the same tea set for Christmas and they got a table and chairs set. They've been sitting at the table having tea parties all day. So many giggles! Absolutely melts my heart!
Last night SO was playing with Camden. SO had his duck and was making a quacking sound. Then he told Cam to say quack quack and he tried and almost said it! It sounded like kak kak! So cute!
Baby A does this all the time but it's always so cute to me- we do a "dance party" for my 3 year old before bed and she dances and kicks to the songs. You can tell she is so tired yet those little feet just can't resist moving to the beat...
Baby girl gave me Eskimo kisses. I thought it was a fluke, but I leaned back into her and she pushed her nose to mine and moved her head side to side, several times! It was so sweet I actually had tears welling up.
She has also just learned to wrinkle her nose while smiling, it is so cute
DS crawled up to my older dog and cuddled his face into the dog's ruff. He did it slowly and very intentionally--it looked like he was snuggling with him! Of course, I didn't have my camera handy!
Over-40 parents...what we lack in vigor, we make up for with cunning.
We have this elephant toy that has a big red button on the right side. When pressed it plays music and shoots plastic balls out of the trunk. Well A has figured out how to "press the button". She gets all giddy and very carefully with her pointer finger only, leans in and presses the button, then lets out a shriek and giggle and lunges for my lap. She buries her face in my lap and then sits up when the music is over, and very carefully presses the button again, shriek, rinse and repeat. I get such a kick out of it!

Rhys laughs out loud when I give him Eskimo kisses. We also have ths book, I Love You Through and Through... (Sooo cute, seriously check it out). Anyway, he used to freak out when i tried to read to I'm, but now he just laughs and laughs whenever I read it to him. It seriously does melt my heart,
Amanda

Nov siggy challenge: animals eating Thanksgiving food
Today at dinner, DS tried spaghetti for the first time, and loved it. After he got as much of that as he could into his mouth, I fed him some rice cereal. When he was done that, he started zoning out. I could tell he was about to fall asleep, so I just sat very quietly beside him and watched his eyes droop lower and lower. It's the first time he's fallen asleep during/immediately after eating, and it was so cute to watch. DS's kisses always melt my heart also. They are the great, big slobbery kind. He'll lean in very purposely, almost like he's going to bite my face, and then just press his messy wet mouth into my cheek. As far as I know, I'm the only one that gets kisses. :x
Carter keeps trying to hug his sister...at least it looks like it. Its so cute!
Thought of another one...sometimes I will play like I'm going to bite his toes. He loves it and laughs so hard. Every time I'm finished he lifts his little feet to my face to play again.
Miles gives big open mouth kisses, then makes a kissy noise....except he doesn't know how to make a kissy noise with his lips. Instead, he clicks his tongue. Gets me every time!
