    Middle TN area I live in is experiencing the coldest weather that I have ever seen (I am 32), my DH works Industrial Maintenance at a plant here and he and 3 other guys have to do "salt duty" in the areas were people go to smoke... don't think there will be a lot of smokers tho lol .... another down side...a lot of the lines are near the shipping area in the plant and have NO direct heat, with bay doors opening they may as well be outside for a 8-12 hours shift. I am saying prayers for all of the colleagues out there (esp my DH).

    I'm in the frigid land of Minnesota.  School was canceled today and tomorrow which is great because I'm a teacher.  -50 degree windchill temps.  Actual Temp reached -23 today.

    Another -50º w/c night here! School is cancelled again tomorrow. This is craziness! My hubby just went outside with a pot of bowling water and the it in the air and it turned into a cloud of snow! So much fun! I wish I would gotten a picture of my son's face! Gotta love arctic science experiments! Lol And the last thing I have to add is that it's cooler here in Wisconsin than it is in Antarctica today! Wth?!?

    High of 72F tomorrow...sleeping with the window open tonight...bless you San Diego, CA. Now I remember the reason I pay a bazillion dollars to live here!

    My house is having a hard time keeping up with the temps. I have it set on 78 and its only 61 in here. Ugh. I have the dryer going trying to warm the house more. I am so ready for spring.
