Looking forward to DD1 going back to school, after two weeks off and a snow day today, I'm ready! I'm also looking forward to starting classes again on Wed.
Looking forward to testing out paint samples and hopefully getting baby's room cleared out and painted. Not looking forward to being perma-cold or tackling my mt. Everest of laundry
I'm looking forward to contacting a realtor and getting the official house hunt started. I'm dreading the two minute walk to and from my car at work tonight.
My anatomy scan on Thursday!!! We know we're having a boy via Mat21, but I'm still anxious to see him and confirm things are looking good.
The crib we ordered is being delivered Tuesday
DS has his first basketball practice this week. Seriously, how cute are a bunch of 6 year olds running around "playing" basketball - I can't wait!!
Dreading
It's cold here - I know some of (most of you) will probably laugh at me, but in TX we're not use to waking up to 19 degrees with a wind chill of 5. I also don't want to have to buy more winter maternity clothes because Spring starts so early here - but I'm f'in freezing!!
Looking forward to: My anatomy scan is this Weds - so excited to see the little guy again! Also, my dog who recently had ACL surgery gets her bandage and sutures removed tonight, so we are on the road to recovery!
Dreading: This is my first full week back to work in almost a month! I miss the holidays! Plus, like many places, we are having ridiculously cold temps. Over the next two days we'll be in negative temps (Accuweather gave me a RealFeel temp of -41*) so I wish I was a kid who still got snow/windchill days!
Like most of you, I'm not looking forward to the ice and frigid temperatures heading my way.
I am looking forward going to the PA Farm Show on Saturday. In the 10-ish years I've lived in PA, I've never gone. I feel like it is an institution and I'm excited to visit before we probably move this year. Plus, the food's supposed to be awesome and I'm pretty much a garbage compactor right now.
@CamrynnsMommy, good luck on your Glucola test! My practice also does early/2x testing, so I already had one at 16 weeks and I will have my second at 28 weeks. Yuck x2.
Looking forward to: my son getting his tubes tomorrow morning! Fingers crossed it helps his hearing. I also have my a/s on Wed (holding strong on Team Green) and then my 22wk appt on Thur.
Dreading: my son getting his tubes tomorrow. We have to be there at 6:45am and it's a little over an hour away. Bc of the foot of snow we got and the negative temps, the kids didn't have school today and won't tomorrow either. Therefore, I have to wake my 5 yr old DD and have her tag along. I am also a bit disappointed about my a/s bc I am pretty sure DH won't be able to go he is super busy at work and he doesn't think he will be able to sneak away (joys of being a business owner). I think I am going to take my hooligans tho. What's missing another few hours of school in the morning when they have already been off since Dec 21st?? (I am SO ready for them to go back! Lol)
My Hooligans.....Samuel Brice-Fritzgerald (6/30/10) and Payton Elizabeth (7/23/08)
Dreading: Currently I am visiting DH 4 hrs north of our home where he works. I am absolutely dreading the drive back home. We went off the highway into a ditch last night after leaving his work. Thank God we are okay, no damage and had a lovely police officer who was just getting off duty stop and help push us out. I'm just praying for safe travels for myself home now.
Looking forward to: DH's hockey team he works with is playing for the first time in our hometown so I am so excited to be able to catch one of their games and have some visiting time with DH!!

Dreading my Glucola test on Thursday.
I take mine the 29th. Yay for GD 1st time around! (Sarcasm font)
Looking forward to a date with DH on Saturday. Dinner at our favorite gourmet burger place and then seeing The Hobbit.
Dreading being stuck in the house for a few days due to the mega freezing temps. Not worth taking my babies out into -20 windchills if I don't need to.
I am looking forward to Friday, nothing special other than time for the weekend Lol
I'm dreading the doctors appointment today cause he has been after me about me gaining weight and I know I've put on a lot. Also getting out in this cold weather, I use to love the cold.
Looking forward to: anatomy scan on Wednesday--can't wait to see our LO AND find out the sex...assuming he/she cooperates!! The anticipation is killing me haha
dreading: another day of this nasty cold!! -40 windchill is not my style...
Looking forward to my anatomy scan on Wednesday:). Dreading taking my two and four year old to my appointment on Friday. Restless little bodies do not well in the doctors office and they always make me wait!

Not looking forward to my neurologist appointment on Wednesday. It's even more nerve wracking then usual being pregnant.
Dreading the rest of this weather. It just won't stop raining and we live behind a flood plane, which is already full. Not cool.

Dreading trading in my car. I love it! Buy it's not very family-friendly, which is why we got something new.
