I have been experiencing strong amounts of pressure, cramping, strong Braxton Hicks, and some mild irregular contractions (along w/frequent trips to the potty TMI). Could this mean LO is getting ready to grace us with her presence? No real contractions as far as I can tell and they are definitely not regular.

As long as you're in tune to your body I think you'll know.
Take a Tylenol, lay on your left side, and relax for a bit. If it all goes away, you're not in full blown labor yet.
Or, go for a walk and see if your symptoms increase... GL
