This is the gown she will wear and the headband I made to match. I still need to crochet a hat that she can wear but otherwise the outfit is complete! I will put the headband over the hat
You guys are way ahead of me. I just started thinking about this haha. But I'll probably just end up getting a cute onesie and leggings with a hat, no clue what our weather will be like.
Super cute OP! I have no idea what our girly will wear coming home! It will be pretty warm here in AZ so probably a cute onesie and a headband. I hope she wears them! DD1 would always pull them out, and even now at nearly 4 I can't put cute bows and clips in her hair, she just rips them out and throws them on the floor!
I have a sleeper that we are coming home in. Have a cute outfit to do newborn photos that the hospital takes. Also bringing a 0-3mo onsie or outfit in case she is bigger than expected.
OP, that is so cute!! I'm waiting to for a couple of things, once, my next u/s to see how big baby is...DH and I were both big babies, and I'm diabetic, although, I'm controlled. And....I kind of want to see what we get at our showers.

I think it will have to wait until closer to time for her to be here. I have a feeling, based on my and DH's birth weights and how big she has been measuring that she is going to be on the small side. Especially with being induced early it's possible that she is going to be in preemie clothes for a few weeks. We will probably put her in a footed sleeper or a onesie/pant combo.
I picked our out before I officially knew it was a boy. I tried something fancy with DS and he ended up wearing a hawkeye onesie and pants so this is what I got.
Love all the little clothes. They're so cute. I found this little outfit. We have a matching hat and a little sweatshirt to go with it. I love the turtles.
With a pink knit hat, pink crochet blanket and pink socks.
Omg everyone's outfits are so cute!
Karacakes where did you get this?!? I love it!!!
Target! I'd been eyeing it for awhile and bought it the day we found out she's a girl. I can't get my phone to paste a link, but go to their website and search "Cherokee newborn" and it will pop up. It's on clearance now - bonus!

DH found this on clearance at BRU when we registered, but only in a NB size. So he's wearing it home from the hospital daddy is beside himself with excitement over it!
We're also gonna wait and see what we get at showers but right now we're just gonna go with something simple and easy- a sleeper or a cute onesie. He's going to be covered by a blanket anyway.
Anyone else think about re-using what a previous child wore home? I thought it would be cute to have both DS' in the same going home outfit? Yes or no?

@alsmay24 a hawkeye onesie, huh? I think I may love you
We are HUGE Hawkeye fans!! I'm so bummed we are in a different season because all my Hawkeye stuff will be too small by the time football season rolls around. Guess I will just have to buy new!
We are bringing several outfits and he'll wear whatever he's already in when it's time to leave. I like all the outfits I'm bringing so it'll be a win no matter what. I figure he has to wear clothes before we go home too.
Thanks lobster wife! I just ordered this along with 2 other items because I wanted to take advantage of the free shipping! I had no idea Burlington had so many cute clothes!
