I got a Timbuk 2 diaper bag. It's one that my DH will use and one we can use after baby too because we can remove things/pockets.

I ended up getting the boxy back pack from petunia pickle bottom, expensive I know, but I did put a gift card towards it so that really helped. Loved that the mat rolls out, and because DH will have the LO a lot of the time when I go back to work it's not too girly!

I splurged and got the Petunia Pickebottom city carryall. I went back and forth between that one and the boxy backpack but ultimately decided the boxy backpack was a bit too big for me.
