I got my tye dyed ones because they are pretty. Dyed ones also hide stains.
I think they're pretty, but I think I'd be too afraid to mess up mine by doing it That's a good point about it hiding stains though!
To hide the stains makes a lot of sense. At first it kind of confused me.....I just thought people had a lot of time on their hands, haha!
We were planning on having a family tye dying party this spring though, so maybe I'll do a few pfs before the baby comes!
Is there a certain brand that is more ef than others? For some reason I thought dyes might be kind of toxic.
There's actually safe dyes on the market. I forget what they're called
I got my 2 tie dyed one's here:
https://hyenacart.com/VividTribe/
Her dyes are the safe ones, and she actually came recommended.
It wouldn't make them prettier, but I guess you could always dye them with some tea bags.. It would make them a nice tan color. I've done this with shirts that I spilled tea on and couldn't get out the stain... always the nice white shirt...
And teas is harmless and extremely cheap.
