10 weeks and lots of back pain :(

So, I'm 10w4d today. Over the past few days my lower back has been giving me trouble. It's only when I stand for more than like 10 minutes at a time. It's running down my left leg too. It's absolutely driving me crazy, and really getting in the way because were moving tomorrow and I need to be up doing stuff. Any ideas for making my back ease up a little?

Re: 10 weeks and lots of back pain :(

  • I've been having the same issue. For me, it's worse when I'm standing in one place, and not so bad if I'm walking around. Otherwise, the only relief I've found is using a heating pad on my lower back. You could try some Tylenol too?

  • I had this last pg. it didn't last, if that helps. massage helped it and the stretch that seemed to work it out for me was child's pose. GL!

  • I'm only 7 weeks and have also been having a lot of back pain; although mine occurs when I sit too long and in the middle of the night. Surprizingly one of those silly Palmassagers has really helped a lot.

  • Heating pad has been my savior.
  • Ugh same here. I use a heating pad and Tylenol. Doctor also recommended stretching but I haven't looked up any yet. Good luck!
