Any other dairy-free mom as out there?

I have dairy issues and all my LOs seem too as well. But I am just so tired of my existing dairy-free recipes... Any dairy-free mommys out there have recipes they love?

Here is one I am making tonight for a party tomorrow: https://www.godairyfree.org/recipes/chocolate-creme-brulee-cupcakes

TIA!!

  • I'm not dairy free yet, but I was vegan before finding out I was pregnant. Google vegan recipes as they are dairy free. Use YouTube as well. Look for The Tofu Guru and Vegan Zombie. I used products that were vegan replacements for dairy products like sour cream and cream cheese and cheese. Vegan pancakes are delicious and easy to make (on YouTube) and so is Mac and cheese. I plan to gradually become vegan again after I'm done BFing since that is my normal diet.

  • I'm dairy free. I've also cut out gluten. Dairy is for both dd and I, but gluten is for me.

Dh and the boys have been eating one thing while I have something else that meets my restrictions. I haven't been very creative. I usually do veggies, fruit, eggs, oatmeal or quinoa.

  • I am dairy free. I modify recipes subbing almond milk or rice milk for cows milk and coconut oil for butter. I eat more whole foods and vigilantly read labels.
  • I cut dairy out starting today. I'm also already gluten free (have been for years, due to intolerance). I've had to cut dairy before, and like @NYMama1, I would use rice or almond milk to modify recipes.
