I found out we were having twins yesterday. Today I found out they are conjoined at the chest sharing 1 heart and it was recommended I have an abortion so this is my goodbye. Hope you all have a happy and healthy 9 months!

08.21.2014: Hysteroscopy to remove minor scar tissue - the result of 3 D&Cs
