Ben is 1 month (happy bday!) And usually does a 4 hr stretch, then a 3, then a 2 and a 1. It's kind of silly, but he usually only eats on one breast before he falls back asleep so I think he'll sleep longer when he stays awake and gets better feedings in.
LO does one 6 hour stretch and one 4 hour stretch and eats every 2 hours during the day. She is 1 month old today but has been doing this since she was 1 week old. We are extremely lucky!
LO will be 2 weeks old tomorrow and she typically does 1 3-hr stretch and then 1 4-hr stretch at night (the order of that flip flops). For her only being 2 weeks old and considering how DD1 was at that age, it's pretty good for us. During the day she will normally go 2-3 hrs between feedings.
3 weeks old today and managed a 4.5 hour stretch of sleep last night! But this happened after nearly 4 hours of falling asleep nursing, screaming within 5 minutes of being put in bassinet, repeat.

DS isn't consistent. Some nights it's 3 hours and then like last night it was 8 hours and my bed was soaking wet from my milk when I woke up this morning.
DD is almost 8 weeks and will sleep usually for 4 hours overnight. I rarely ever have to get her up to breastfeed. She usually sleeps in a zip-up pod (to resemble swaddling) and it helps a lot! She likes to throw her arms and legs around so it keeps her from sleeping soundly because she always wakes herself up. Hopefully we can transition to longer stretches in the crib, because right now she is very comfortable in her bugaboo stroller.

3weeks today- she sleeps about 2.5 hrs - from one feeding to the next .. Sometimes she will go 1 hr or 3 hr--- during the day it's pretty much the same along with periods of being awake
LO is 10 days and has slept two 4-hr stretches for the last 3 nights. Last night we had to wake him to feed him, so we're probably going to ask about moving it to 5hrs at his next appt. He gets 3oz before each of the longer stretches (2oz every 2hrs during the day). I'm having supply issues, so his bottles are 50/50 formula/BM, not sure if that makes a difference.
I wasn't going to open this thread because I knew I would just be sad & jealous of all the LO that are sleeping longer!!!
We are at 2-2.5 between feedings. Maybe 3hrs if I'm lucky. That is the start of one feeding until he wakes up... so the only time I get more than 1-2 hours of sleep is when SO gives a bottle for me at night. He's going back to work soon.
Logan is 1 month. Does this mean anything...like he isn't eating enough to be satisfied? How are you getting them to sleep so long? WHere are they sleeping?
No thats totally normal for a breastfed baby. All babies are different, but at this age they recommend bf babies eat every 2-3 hours during the day with the hopes of one or two 3-4 hour stretches at night. My baby has never gone longer than 3 hours either and she's eating and gaining very well. They have very small tummies and breastmilk metabolizes quickly so they have to eat often - it's normal and healthy (though I'm super jealous of those getting more sleep too). I have noticed that Arwen sleeps longest when swaddled or co-sleeping with me. If you can do side lying feeds and sleep during them it might help you get more rest.
