  @sking72 if you plan to deliver vaginally they are good for pre-baby as you pc muscle helps with the pushing. And they are absolutely helpful after baby. Doing kegals are always good. But doing them alone is like weightlifting without a weight. So the balls put a weight in your figurative hand.

  Ten years ago I was at a sex toy party and I ended up buying this tiny little bullet thing that came with its own underwear and pouch. It looked like fun but I seriously think it traumatized me. That puppy hurt and it only had one setting. Mock 12 on the vag was no bueno. Ended up in the trash.
