Hi I just started to have really bad spasms and I'm not sure if I should just ride it out or go to the ER. I would normally just ignore it until my appointment next week but it's bringing me to tears. I'll be 26 weeks tomorrow.

I know ibruprofen is off limits and Tylenol is ok but how about 2 500mg tablets. The doctor only said regular strength that doesn't help much.

my dr said extra strength is ok take it with some caffeine for it to really kick in, lay down try to rub it out and if it gets worse call the dr.

Thanks ladies I'll try that. I hate going to the hospital for small things.

My doctor said a heating pad on low is okay. That helped me with round ligament pain. It may help your back too.
It's a BOY!!! Can't wait to meet Miles Garrett!
