Ahhhh ouch

Just need a minute to complain. I have a clogged duct and it hurts soooooo bad!!!!! And of course I keep pushing on it to make it hurt. Warm shower here I come!

    Ouch!! I haven't had one since the first few weeks. I hope you get rid of it soon!


    I have a Daughter born 2/26/2013. She is pretty much amazing!

    Ouch. I've had 2 similar nursing issues and had the best luck having LO nurse them out. I put LO on the bed, then hover over LO on my elbows and knees and move around the clock while applying pressure to the blockage. Hope you have success soon!

    Thanks ladies. I took a hot shower and had her nurse after and it's gone!!!!! Now I am just sore from trying to get her to nurse all day. Lol.
