Buy Buy Baby Coupon Restrictions?

They have sent me a million coupons. All for in-store use only, and all excluding just about every name brand possible.

Is anyone else encountering this? Or have you found better ones? I was going to give my mom one to use on the car seat she's buying for us, but of course, it's one of the exceptions. 

Is this true for BRU coupons, too? Maybe I should look into them instead?

Sign up for their emails on their website. You get a 20 coupon that has no exceptions, you can use it on anything. I also get text message coupons from them with no exceptions. I used them on my furniture! The ones that come in the mail are the ones the seem to have all the issue!

I've had good luck with BRU coupons. They send them by email frequently.

You can also use them to order at a bed bath an beyond. I work at one and we don't even look at any of the exclusions even on our coupons! Buy buy baby may have the same policy since we own them

There are some restrictions on he BRU coupons as well. I just went to use one to buy DS a Britax convertibles car seat and realized this brand is not eligible for the 20% off but that is my fault since I drug my feet and didn't purchase it during the trade in.

You can use Bed, Bath, and Beyond coupons at Buy Buy, as well.  Just as long as it's not expired.  There are less restrictions and I was able to use one on the car seat base I recently bought.

The email sign-up is one way to get a BuyBB coupon, as well.  Just be sure you are ready to use the coupon when you sign up for the email...it expires sooner than their regular coupons do. (At least mine had a shorter life span)

Could the email coupons be used for higher priced strollers such as bugaboo?

A lot of times even if it says there are restrictions they will still take them in the store anyway.  I have never had them tell me I can't use a coupon.  And I know my Mom used a coupon on the travel system she bought for us.

At both Buy Buy Baby and Bed, Bath, and Beyond, I have use their coupons eith exclusions and gotten the discount anyway.  If they don't give it to you with the coupon, act like you didn't read the exclusions and leave without the product???

This. We saved a boatload on our furniture thanks to our email coupons.
