Helpful Suggestion to Any Dealing With Fatigue in 2nd Tri

Hi Ladies,

I saw a recent post about some people still dealing with a lot of fatigue in the 2nd trimester.  One thing I thought I'd suggest that might help is juicing.  I juice spinach or kale, with oranges or apples and drink that mix almost every day at breakfast. I drink a little more than a 1/2 cup.  I can honestly say that I notice a difference in my energy level on the days I juice and days that I don't.  My MIL even commented on how surprised she was with all of my energy to do different things while she was visiting in town during the holidays.

I know juicing is not for everyone, but if you want something that will provide you and baby with good nutrients and help give you a natural boost, I highly recommend it! :)
