On my way to L and D **update number 2**

Woke up at 1 with what felt like period cramps or if ur stomach was just really really upset. And it didn't go away..., time it out it occurs every 5 minutes for an hour. So on to the hospital I go. I'm kind of in denial and scared they'll just turn me away but OB says go in.
When they show u in class people who go in are in extreme pain and can't move. So it's giving me some anxiety to even go in and have te possibility of being turned away and then having to go into work.
Will keep u updated.

Update 9 am est: turns out water didn't break. Waiting for my doc to come examine me and make a game plan if they'll send me home or not. They think it's pre labor as I was dilated to only 1 but contractions still occur every 5 min. They don't take my breath away but def have gotten to the point where I have to breathe through them. Now we just wait in limbo.

Update 2
Being sent home because stupid cervix is Fort Knox. Well not that bad but they said I have some work to do at home before I'm admitted. 1 cm dilated and 80% Contractions are much stronger now tho. Nurse gave me hope and thinks I'm progressing but doc is like meh it may peter out. Seriously this drive home has been torture. And I don't know how much worse I'm supposed to let them get! Hopefully my water will break and just be it for sure. On top of his we had a huge snowstorm in michigan.
