+OPK but no "peak" on clearblue?

Hey all. This morning I got a very clear positive on an opk, but on clearblue advanced digital o test I got my 8th "high fertility" this cycle. I also had my first day of ewcm today, the smallest amount of spotting, and some cramping. So, I'm pretty sure that opk was accurate and O is coming soon. But I was wondering if it was normal to have all that and not have a "peak" show up on the digital test? Thanks in advance and happy new year!

    That's why I only use one kind of test and then temp to confirm. I'm already obsessive and this would make it worse. Maybe the digi test was defective.

    IMO... They are not in conflict with each other. Both are saying that you could O in the coming days. You may get a Peak reading tomorrow. I have used the CBAD in the past and have found them to be accurate. I switched back to my FR OPK the past few months as this was the brand I was using when we conceived DS and its more cost effective ;)

    Well. Another +opk today and still that stupid flashing smiley face...no temp shift yet, so I'm just trusting the opk at this point...when in doubt, right? Thanks for your input!

    Griffers, I may take your advice. This is our first cycle ttc so I bought the digital and the test strips because I was worried I would find the strips confusing. But I've gone from not at all positive directly to clearly positive with no in-between to be confused over. I may dump the digital next cycle if I don't get my bfp this time around.
