When did you find out your baby's gender? How many weeks were you and was DH there or did you tell him in a special way later that night? Looking for ideas! Happy NYE!

I scheduled my elective u/s yesterday for 1/11 woohoo! My hubby and my family will be there so we can all find out together. They're really excited. They're not allowed at any other appts or in the delivery (OR) room so this is the one thing we can all share in together. I'll be 16 wks 2 days at this point.

If I didn't have the elective, it would be schedule 2/04 at the anatomy scan. Only hubby and I would be allowed to go and we'd just have family over for dinner/dessert afterwards and tell them the sexes or something. It'd be 19 weeks 5 days at that point.

With ds I had mine at 21 weeks and his dad was with me. With this baby I'll find out 1/28 at 21 weeks and dh will be with me again. I wish I could surprise him, but he's so excited that there's no way I could keep him away!

I had an elective on Saturday at 15 weeks. Bf was definitely there, as well as both our moms and his 14 year old sister.

Our works schedules are complete opposites of each other, so getting him at any appointment is impossible, the elective was the only way we could both be there.

We'll be finding out at our a/s in 2 weeks, which will be 18w6d. H will be with me, so we'll find out together. We'll just be calling our parents/siblings afterwards, so no cute announcement there either.

H and I will find out (hopefully) at the anatomy scan on January 31st. I need to talk to H about what we want to do but i'm considering doing some kind of small reveal party!

We are having the A/S on Jan 22, so we should find out then. I will be 18 weeks. My Mom is flying down to visit a few days later, so we are planning to do some sort of small gender reveal party for her and my in-laws when we are all together. Maybe have a cake with the color in the middle and have them cut into it.

13.5 weeks at my NT scan - DH was there! I originally wanted to do the envelope thing and open it in private with DH later, but neither of us wanted to wait when she asked if we wanted to know!

With our first we found out at 20 weeks, with this one it will be at 19 weeks. At our first it was just hubby and I in the room. With this one it will be our DS and hubby.

I found out on Christmas Eve at 16w4d. DH was not with me when the nurse called, so I raced to Carter's and got an outfit that said "Cutest Little Brother Ever"! He opened the gift on Christmas in front of the family, so everyone found out together! It was the cutest reveal!

With DS1 and 2 we found out at the a/s. We didn't do anything special to announce Ds1. With DS2, I frosted cupcakes blue and let my son give then to my parents and aunt.

With this baby found out at 13 weeks through my Harmony results. No special reveals, I just called my husband because he was cross the country. I had an ultrasound yesterday to check cervical length and she took a picture and wrote Baby Boy because i told her we knew already. I was alone for that.

I have an u/s January 8th and DH will definitely be there since theres a chance of finding out the gender and its the day after his birthday, if we find out we're calling his little sister so she can put a little gender reveal together for the little bit of family we have in the state. And we'll send a video of the boys, DH, and myself opening a box of balloons to send to family out of state.

if we don't find out on the 8th than on DH & I's anniversary we will have our a/s scan at 20 weeks and find out then, hopefully, and still do the reveal party for family and friends. (Like 5 or 6 people haha) and send the video via text to out of state family that we associate with.

Really hoping to find out next week though!

Found out dec 23, We called the dr back together and had it in speaker phone!! Sent his family a pic of a pink card saying baby. Told everyone else the same time we told them I'm pregnant.
(I was 14 weeks 1 day, through the Harmony test)

We found out the sex at 14 weeks due to abnormal nt scan/results from harmony. It was confirmed today at a level 2 u/s. We had family open a box with balloons. They had no idea we knew or we would be getting results.

We had an elective ultrasound on our 8th wedding anniversary (December 17th). I was 15w5d and both DH and our 7 year old DD came with me. It's a boy

I'll be 19 weeks 1 day when I go for my a/s on Jan 9th and just DH will be there. We want to keep that special moment of finding out what we are having just to ourselves!! We will tell everyone after the appt though, trying to think of a cute way to tell my parents!

We will find out on 1/20, at 19 weeks 2 days. I have to go myself because DH has to work, so I am going to have the tech write it down and put it in an envelope which we will open at dinner that night. We have told our families that we will be team green again (like we were for DD), but in reality we are going to reveal at her 2nd birthday party on 2/2. We will have her open a big box full of pink or blue balloons and surprise everyone. I'm so excited!

I was 16 weeks with my first and second when I found out what they were. I am having frequent u/s with this pregnancy since we are having twins DH has been with me every u/s so far. This last week she tried but both were being stubborn. We go back Jan 9th (i will be 15wks 5days) said they would let us know if they showed themselves. I told them to not tell me in the event my DH was not with me. I am wanting to share each step of this with him. And he loves as he says "getting to see his babies"

We found out at an elective scan at 15 weeks 4 days. It is a boy! He made it incredibly obvious

Had some bleeding last week at 16w5d and we were outta state so I couldn't see my dr. My OB recommended we go to an ER, and while there the US tech confirmed the sex again...boy! Showed US pics from the elective scan to my OB and he agreed it was incredibly obvious. AS is Jan 23...will b around 21ish weeks.

With my son, they were pretty sure about his sex at the very first appointment at around 12 weeks...and they were right!

This time, since we're doing the as natural as possible thing and not doing any unnecessary anything, I'll be scheduling an elective, non-medical ultrasound around 20 weeks...just for fun and because I'm a planner (and don't really like green/yellow..lol) so I want to know the sex :-)

We found out her sex at the AS at 21 weeks. DH was in the room and we both "knew" already. The AS and finding out the sex was pretty special so we made sure DH could go.
