My daughter ate a few pieces of spinach off my plate last night at dinner. I know I had very little to do with it, but I am feeling like a super mom. My kid willingly ate spinach!
What have you or LO done lately to make you feel like a super mom?
The subject line tricked me! I thought the spinach was going to turn out to be a bad thing. Congrats on the veggie eater!
I took B to visit a friend and her newborn yesterday. B was so well behaved and cuddly, especially after I held the infant. She was instantly jealous and cried but then I got extra hugs when I gave the newborn back (she's not really a hugger). Made me feel appreciated I guess.
DD helped DH & I clean up her entire play area last night. She didn't just throw a couple things in the bin & wait by the stairs. She actually put all the books back on her little book shelf. So cute. She looked so proud & got high fives!
I don't know if others would feel this is a "super mom" moment, but Jacqueline has always been chatty, says a few words and babbles a lot at us. She came up behind me the other day and tapped me on the leg. When I turned around and said "Yes, honey, what would you like?" she held up a box of crackers and said "Crackers please". I was floored completely. Of course it wasn't the perfect or anything, more like "krks pees" but still.
