I am prone to kidney stones and already had one pass during this pregnancy (Friday). I'm going on a low oxalate diet and drink 1/4 cup of pure lemon juice daily to help keep them at bay. Kidney stones are more common during pregnancy so I wanted to post a link to foods high in oxalates just so people are aware. Kidney stone are worse than labor in my opinion and so much worse while pregnant because options are much more limited in terms of surgical treatment. Drink, drink, drink low oxalate drinks and watch those high oxalate foods to those that may be prone to stones.
I had a kidney stone about a year ago. I'm having all the same symptoms as last time. I hope this doesn't happen again. I also have common bile duct issues and gastritis. Very nervous about my pregnancy. I just had to vent. Sorry lol

I had Gall stones, which is apparently very common in women after pregnancy. It took 3 months for me to get diagnosed correctly, and had emergency surgery to have it removed when DD#2 was only 3 months old. Horrible pain, stay healthy ladies!
Drinking pure lemon juice can help keep stones dissolved. Try and stay away from those high oxalate foods like chocolate, berries, nuts, nut butters, and dark leafy greens.

I had one last pregnancy that put me into pre-term labor, and had to have Mag drip to stop it. I was hospitalized for another two and a half weeks to keep baby cooking and then induced so I could have surgery. Seriously no joke, thank you for sharing the link. I will be making some changes.
