    Yay! A daily check in! I'm soft-starting Atkins today and starting with a vengeance on January 1st(just cause I'm an wino and want to drink on New Years)

    Haven't eaten anything yet cause I'm off work today and still in bed. But I'm thinking boiled eggs for breakfast with a few sausage links.
