Hi everyone!
DH is out of town for a few days and I'm SO bored... (hence this post).
However, I am also SUPER excited that I will have the whole bed to myself until Monday!
Call me crazy, but DH is 6'8" and I rarely get more than 25% of our queen sized bed.
Not to mention that he loves to sleep really close together... Erg.
How does your SO annoy you at night?

I would love a California king!!

I'm totally the annoying one in bed. I sleep talk, walk, and generally stage invasions on his side of the bed like he's Poland and I'm Germany.
Fortunately he likes cuddling enough to put up with it, and chases me down when I wander.

DH is a snorer but not too bad. It only wakes me up once in awhile. If he is snoring, I usually nudge him and he stops after that.
He claims he "hates" sheets but in the middle of the night I'll find him hogging them and I have like the corner of the sheets to cover me. I need to be in a cocoon of sheets to feel comfortable.
The biggest issue is he slowly makes his way over to my side of the bed, so I wake up and have like, no room in the bed.

I sleep curled up in a ball holding my pillow and part of the covers. My husband can't stand the covers tucked in. This week he's been working late and coming to bed after I'm asleep. Two nights ago he comes in yanks the tucked covers on his side and it some how yanked what I was holding and my arm jerked back up hit me in the nose. Nothing better that to wake up to that at 2 am. I LOVE nights that he's on call and sleeps in the guest bedroom.
He just may. Especially if he's tired and emotional during the day. I come from a long pedigreed line of midnight freight trains, and when I took the study, I was having apnea so bad that they recommended surgery. It changed my life! H does get amazed that I can still babysnore after the surgery though
Other than that, he's pretty chill. I tend to assert my dominance if the sheets get stolen or if he creeps over to my side of the bed when I'm hot or want to stretch out.

We usually get into bed at the same time. Most of the time I'm exhausted and immediately start trying to fall asleep. DH will have ESPN on TV or something so he'll be sitting up watching it. I like having the TV on but the volume has to be low enough where I can still hear it, but can't understand what they're saying (I'm weird, I know). Then once DH finally settles in to try and fall asleep he will start asking me the most random questions. Mind you, I've been trying to fall asleep for 10-15 minutes already. He will ask me the stupidest questions like "What if farts came out of our mouths and burps came out of our butts?" He's purposely trying to be stupid and trying to make me laugh. I'm so tired by that point I will start laughing hysterically then yell at him that I'm tired and to let me sleep. He will complain about being wide awake, then fall asleep in 60 seconds. I can always tell when he's falling asleep because he will start twitching all over. Then I'm the one left there awake. SO ANNOYING!

He starfishes and then will suddenly shove his arms down (elbowing me in the face). He sweats a lot, drools, mouth open and breathing in my face, and the snoring is so loud that even with doors closed, guests can hear him loud and clear across the house. It's really bad. Plus he falls asleep the moment he lays down so I don't even stand a chance to fall asleep first.
He also tends to breath in my face, which I can't stand and it forces me to turn over. I have this weird thing about people breathing in my face. I don't want your carbon dioxide, thank you very much.
Except for DS. His breath smells amazing. Oh, to be a baby forever.
