DS Head - more tests

I didn't want to be a Debbie Downer around the holidays, but our neuro called back last week and is still concerned about DS's head. They did an MRI at Children's, but didn't look at everything. We are headed to the hospital now for another one. Please keep us in your thoughts.

    Thanks guys! DS doesn't sleep through the night, so I've actually been super nervous about that since we can't feed him...they are having to sedate him again. Thankfully, he has done really well. We got him up at midnight and gave him oatmeal and a bottle. He woke up at three and we were able to give him a few sips of pedialyte. He woke up when I put him in his carseat, but thankfully is asleep again.

    Thinking good thoughts for your son today

    ME:46 MH:44 DE IVF 2014
    Met with RE 4/11. 2 IUI's BFN. DE best option. Switched clinics to do "shared" program. Had to retake all tests and a mamm that put me behind and then on a DE waiting list for 12 months. Picked a donor!! (10/13/13) Got matched. Estimated transfer in December. After 2.5 years of patiently waiting I will finally cycle....can hardly believe it. DE cycle got cancelled. One of her tests came back positive.  Waiting for another donor. Donor picked!! (1/18/14)

    DE IVF #1 (4/26) BFN  DE FET #1 (6/4) BFP! Beta 1=339 Beta 2=852 Beta 3=9957 EDD 2/22/15!!

    We are headed home. It went really well, they didn't even have to give him an IV, just some sleepy medicine they sprayed up his nose. It may be next week before we hear anything though.

    I am not familiar with your story but wanted to let you know my thoughts are with you. My son had a brain injury at 7 weeks and we sat through many MRIs. I know the not being able to feed them, sedation, and waiting sucks! Hope all is well and everything is fine.
