TP to my boss for making me work today. I'm leaving 2 hours early and taking sick time off so I can go do some after-Christmas shopping. Also TP to the USPS for not delivering my SIL's Christmas gift on time - Estimated Delivery Date: 12/23/13 - it's now 12/26 and it's still in freaking NJ UGH!

TP to my mom who purchased a nursing cover while I was still pregnant (a cute trendy nursing scarf I told her about) and even though we experienced our 2nd loss in August she still gave it to me for Christmas! Really Mom?!?! Way to rub it in my face! And of course that made everyone in my family look at me like they were expecting some announcement.... ugh.

TP to the hair stylist and her customer sitting next to me. I am gettung my hair did, and the client in the next chair just had a baby (same week as my EDD). Of course it was all they could talk about. After hearing all about her delivery, I finally asked my stylist to move me while my color is processing.

So now I'm sitting by myself in a pedicure room and people are looking at me like I'm crazy. TP to them. My stylist is a loss mama too, so at least she understands.

TP to my step mom who got me pj's for Christmas and after I open them and said thank you and put them aside to move onto something else she says "oh, what size are they?" I look, "XXL". She says, "Oh, well I got them a lot bigger for you because you know, you were suppose to be a lot bigger by now."

They also got me nursery furniture as my "big gift" and didn't return it because they got it in another city and it was heavy.

I have been doing ok for the most part but the stress of my not so competent staff during inventory, the holidays, I had a break when my Assistant wanted to show me her 3 month old grand baby... she is one of the few people who knows about the mc.... I am just having a rough day...

She was talking nonstop about baby and her lamentations of pregnancy. I started to cry and asked the woman to move us to a different room. I was embarrassed but she was a loss mama too so, like your stylist, she got it. I'm guessing that if it happened to you and to me, it probably happens more often than we would guess. I'm so sorry, though, that it happened to you. ((hugs))

Thanks for all the support ladies!! My mom is actually super supportive, she lost my sister at 6 months of age due to complications from her premature birth. She has been my rock through both of my losses, and I just don't think she was thinking this would hurt me since she knows we are TTC. But it was definitely a punch in the gut. I had to really hold it back from bursting into tears and just waited til I was alone later!
