Trying to Get Pregnant

OPK Turning Question

Hi, hope you all had a great holiday!!! Question for you ladies: when your OPK is alllllmost as dark as the line in the morn, will it hit positive later in the day or not till the following day?
Thanks!

Re: OPK Turning Question

  • depends on the person. just keep testing and see what happens. HIO either way.
Son: Jackson, 11/02/06, stillborn due to PPROM and IUGR. Over the next ten years we had 9 miscarriages from 8-14 weeks. On May 18, 2016 my daughter, Ridley, was born. We're OADNBC.

  • Thanks, ya I'm starting to think I have short surges so I'll test a little later today and also HIO. :)
  • I'm weird but my test are always identical for both in the same day.
    Fucking bump!!!!
  • When in doubt HIO. I always make a note in FF when a test is almost positive just in case I miss my surge and my temps show that I have ovulated. Just keep testing.

    This.

For me, when the OPK is almost positive in the morning, it will be positive when I retest in the afternoon/evening.

  • I only test in the a.m., never really thought to test more than once a day. I HIO ED in my FW anyway, so it honestly doesn't matter. I just like to know when I surge.
