  January 2013: returned to RE, fibroids grew significantly
  February 2013: second HSG, fibroids pushed on tubes which blocked them somewhat
  March 2013: MRI to determine what type of surgery may be necessary
  July 29, 2013: fibroids (5) removed via robotic laparascopy

  June 11, 2014: consult, approved to move on to IVF because the hydro is not completely blocked therefore allowing fluid to move through slowly rather than backwards
  IVF #1 August 8, 2014 - 3dt of 2 embryos, BFN
  September 17, 2014 - 4th HSG, the right tube is very patent (open!!) dye went straight through this time. Weird!
  October 2, 2014 - started metformin treatment
  November 14, 2014 - blood work, brought A1C down from 5.8 to 5.5
  November 26, 2014 - RE finally back from vaca and reviewed my chart, no more IVFs for rest of calendar year
  December 1, 2014 - Right after Thanksgiving, I called a new clinic and got in right away! Plan for IVF
  December 17, 2014 - ER! 29 retrieved (!!), 16 mature, all 16 fertilized (ICSI)
  IVF #2 December 20, 2014 - 3dt of 3 embryos, BFN

  Today is day 18 of stims for IUI #1. My E2 was 250 and I had 4 follicles but the biggest was only 9.8. Ugh. My doctor is having me dial back my meds because now we're worried they'll all mature at the same time. I have the worst ovaries. I am so frustrated right now.

  
  

  Favorite gift I ever gave was tracking down the baker who made cupcakes at my friends' wedding out of state that my mom LOVED and having them delivered. Those cupcakes were great, took a lot of work, and my mom was so happy!

  If you don't mind updating me. I am not yet in the 2WW. I go in thursday for CD11 monitoring to find out when I will trigger and have the IUI.
  

  Me 29 DH 30 Unexplained IF TTC since wedding May 2012. IUI #1 11/5/13-BFN.  IUI #2 12/5/13-BFN. IUI #3-12/30/14. All three with Femara CD 3-7 and Ovidrel trigger. +HPT 1/13/14 First +ever!!!   You got me right! Test day is going to be NYE. Christmas has been harder than expected- our good friends just had a baby day before yesterday and I wanted to cry (and did) pretty much all day yesterday. Today was a little better.
  
  Favorite gift was probably a set of Rainbow Brite sheets, comforter and canopy for my room.

  I'm 9dpiui today, checked on my trigger yesterday and there was still a really faint line, so will test for real this weekend to see how it changes. I haven't felt good about this cycle.

  I'm 7dpIUI #2 and crossing everything!! Beta is not until 1/2 because of the holiday. QOTW: i loved my Castle Grayskull. I wish I still had it. I also loved my Cabbage Patch doll and Bumblelion. I still have both of those. Oh, and Teddy Ruxpin. I loved his talking mouth.

  I'm 10 dpiui. Beta is 12/30 due to the holiday. I may test Friday because as terrible as this sounds I'd like to be able to have a drink or two to make it through the upcoming weekend with stepmom. I don't have much faith for this cycle. I have absolutely no symptoms, beyond midafternoon fatigue ( which is probably just the progesterone.). Day 8 I had some mild spotting and when I spotted last cycle it was bfn. So I feel like it's negative again. We couldn't be lucky enough to have this work. QOTW: my dad built us a playhouse- a miniature house- one year and it was the best gift. My brothers and I played in it for years!

  I'm 8 dpiui. Beta is  Jan. 2 . Progesterone side-effects now include loss of appetite, fatigue and nausea, how lovely! I think it's not going to work, I just want to start testing so I can have a glass of wine for NYE.

  I am still in the 2ww (9dpiui). Last cycle I didn't pee on one single stick and waited for blood test day. This cycle I will probably test @13 or 14 dpiui because my Re office is closed until the 6th yet they still want me to go to a clinic and have a blood test on the 30th anyway...arrrgh! It seems so pointless if I get a - on a Pee stick.
  QOTW- Two years ago my SO's parents bought us a trip to Sandals Negril for 10 days as a Xmas present and we left the day after Xmas... it was AMAZING!!!

  I also meant to mention how it's so crazy how much each cycle can vary, even with the exact same medication protocol etc. Last month I had the craziest symptoms from the Progesterone, my breasts were SO sore, I was super emotional and was crampy/twingy the whole 2ww. This month, nada...like, not one single thing different! So weird!

  I'm still on a med break and waiting for AF. According to my CBEFM, I ovulated a week ago but I'm not sure how accurate it is. As soon as AF arrives, I'll be heading back to my REs office for a baseline and then onto IUI #6.
  
  My favorite gift was a tablet my sister and I gave to our dad. He really loved it.

  Me and DH: 32, TTC since 2/2012

  Dx: lean PCOS, low hormone levels, 2 CP's before seeing RE, MTHFR heterozygous

  IUI #1 with clomid and ovidrel: BFN

  IUI #2 with clomid (unresponsive), femara, ovidrel and novarel: Possible CP

  IUI #3 with femara, ovidrel and novarel: BFN

  IUI #4 with Follistim (115 iu) and ovidrel= BFN, developed OHSS, benched- 2 weeks of birth control pills

  IUI #5 with Follistim (75iu) and ovidrel= BFN........Taking a medication break for a few months

  IUI #6 with Follistim (75iu) every other day, femara and Lupron trigger= BFN

  *Taking a long break to get healthy and research/prepare for IVF*

Still in meds, last night was night 6 of 150 mg of Follistim and I have been doing Ganirelix shots the last two nights.  I went this morning and I only have 1 good Follicle at 19.5 on my right side, the rest are 12 mm, and 11 mm... I am thinking we will do the IUI tomorrow.

  As far as gifts, the first thing that comes to mind... We bought DH's sisters boyfriend (got that?) a zip up under armour hoodie that was black / camo. He went on and on about it, and I got a text from his sister today that our gift was his favorite. I love when people really enjoy their gift... Even if it's just a sweatshirt!

  CDay 14.  Was on Provera, then Clomid this month.  Day 12 ultrasound didn't show progress with follies, but estrogen level was raised.  Additional ultrasound scheduled tomorrow morning.  FX!

  I'm 8dpiui, this is my 2nd TWW ever, so I'm just happy at this point to even have a shot as it's been 16 months and I've only o'ed twice. This is my first iui. I can POAS Jan 1. Beta is scheduled for the 3rd. No gift stands out as a favorite, but my mom is the best stocking stuffer on the planet and opening my stocking with my siblings is my favorite Xmas memory.

  @mrs.chaiffez, could you update my file to say "IUI #4.1"? We got canceled for IUI #4 in August, did two rounds of IVF, and are now back to try the IUI again. Thanks!!
  
  My update: CD9, first follie scan was yesterday. I'm nervous because I have six follies at the moment all around the same size (11, 11, 10, 10, 9, 7). Based on my history, I know I won't get canceled this time even with six mature follies... but, yeesh, ovulation is gonna hurt!!!

  Things are going over here my BFP, resulted in a CP. CD1 started Christmas eve. I handled it well cried a little when I got the news about my beta drop on 12/21. But a gut feeling just told me it wasn't going to stick. This morning I went for RPL testing as well as HCG check. I wont get RPL results until I meet with the RE on 1/23/14 I am anxious and really want to know like NOW. Pending the results I am not sure what the next plan is, I am hoping to move forward with IUI 8, much cheaper for us to use insurance on IUI till we hit 12 then it is to start IVF now. I am truly hoping the RPL testing shows something that we can fix but who knows it can be just bad luck with the past two CP.

   

  QOTW: What was your favorite gift you ever received or gave? I got new diamond earrings and I am in love with them.

  Just an update for me...

  
  

  IUI was done this morning.  There was some debate on doing a back to back with an IUI tomorrow morning but we have to get downstate for a Christmas... I am glad we made the decision to just do the one IUI this morning because the nurse said I most likely will ovulate today so this mornings IUI will have the most impact.  DH had super sperm today... he is so proud.  127 mil and 96% mobility post wash.

  Attempted IUI #2 (Menopur injections only cycle) better response on the Menopur then the Follistim combination treatment cycle however my cycle was still canceled due to my eggs not maturing and follicles not growing enough on a high dose of Menopur (Re said I could try a cycle of comid + ovidrel  for an IUI) for my second IUI( praying this works for us)

    Clomid + Ovidrel protocol worked still a BFN as a result

  Attempted cycle  Clomid  + Ovidrel protocol for IUI # 3 (Unable to do this cycle due to a cyst)

  Update - WARNING possible bfp ment - so I tested yesterday and today and got faint lines on FRER. My beta was supposed to be tomorrow, but will be Monday because we're away for the weekend. However, today I let my family talk me into a long bike ride and now I'm spotting. Just when I had started to feel cautiously hopeful, this spotting has me pretty worried. I'm back at our hotel now resting- not sure what else to do. So stressful!
