Gabriella Marie is our Christmas miracle!! I went into PTL on Monday night at 33 weeks( same gestation my son was born) they tried to stop contrCtions with magnesium but there was no change. I went from a 1 to a 4 very quickly. Was in a lot if pain and got a epi around 1 am. Was trying to keep baby in as long as possible and they gave me a shot to mature her lungs . Tuesday morn at 8 they broke my water. She was born at 8:56 am and is 4 lbs 8.5 oz and 17 1/2 in. Doing very well thankfully!! They do see prematurity in her lungs so she is on Cpap. I am pumping drips of colostrum and they will probably start formula today since I can't bf yet. Will keep you all posted on her progress. Send good vibes our way for an uneventful NICU stay.
