    Every year we have aebelskivers, a nice Danish tradition that's been in my family for several generations.  They are sort of like pancakes in the shape of a donut hole.  We roll them in a little powdered sugar and usually cut them open and put homemade pomegranate jelly inside.  Can't wait!  My Dad is coming over to make them for us this year since I can't stand for long.

    We have egg and cheese casserole, cinnamon coffee cake and warm fruit compote. I can't wait!

    Late to this party, but an easy one...

    Grease 9x13 pan and line with a roll of Crescent Rolls dough.  Cook 1 lb sausage and spread over dough.  Mix 8 eggs, 2 cups mozzarella cheese and 2 cups cheddar cheese and pour over the top.  375 for 30-35 minutes.
