Questions about symptoms and other things!

I had sex a few weeks ago, and I thought there was a possibility I could be pregnant, and then almost a week later, I was in the Emergency Room and the doctor was worried about my appendix, so he was running all sorts of tests, and I know I wouldn't have been able to tell then, but then I started making extra trips to the bathroom, my breasts have been quite sore, I have been constantly tired (I'm actually surprised I'm awake now), I have had a headache for a while now, and every once in a while, I get slight, small cramps, but I don't know if that's due to my medical problems. Is this all just in my head, or what? I'm not sure anymore. Am I just better off taking a test just to be sure?

    I'm sure if they ran blood tests in the er one of them checked for pregnancy especially if you told them there was a possibility. Three weeks after unprotected sex if you were successful in conceiving you would most definitely be able to turn a test positive. I'm going with no to pregnancy but take a test to confirm.
