No questions. Been dealing with cluster headaches. Today is day 4.
GTKY: I have passed down the tradition to my girls of making peanut butter blossom cookies. I used to make them every Christmas with my mom. We have also started a new tradition a few years ago of letting the girls sprinkle Magic Reindeer Food on the front yard. It's is so much fun watching them get all excited over the thought of feeding the reindeer glittered oats
How many weeks are you? 16! What fruit? Avocado- now I'm hungry for some gauc and chips...
Upcoming appts? Thursday the 26th but more excited for the US on January 17th
Questions? Symptoms? Headaches galore and a wonderfully stuffy nose but feel like some energy if finally coming back
GYKY: What is your favorite holiday tradition? Every year I get my kids one new ornament with the year written on it. It is neat to go back each year and see the progression in how they ornaments look. From Hello Kitty for my daughter years ago to High Heel shoe ornaments now. When they are older, those ornaments will be there's to take to place on their trees. It's a corny gift they get just from mom but now that they are older, they look forward to it and want to pick out their ornaments.
17 weeks Pretty sure we're an onion this week... Next appt January 15 for ultrasound an 20 week appt-I can't believe it's so soon! Major symptoms: round ligament pains (holy cow stopping me in my tracks and making me laugh a bit) and more back pain. GTKY: I love having cinnamon rolls for breakfast Christmas morning while we open presents. H and I did our Christmas this morning and you bet your butt there were cinnamon rolls!

Questions? Symptoms? My belly has officially popped. If you know that I am pregnant you see my belly. I think I am in the "she looks pregnant but maybe she carries her weight in the tummy" phase. But there is no hiding that I have a belly.
GYKY: What is your favorite holiday tradition? Christmas eve we exchange one gift, our Christmas PJs. Christmas Eve is my favorite day because of the anticipation of Christmas morning and it is just so peaceful.
How many weeks are you? 16! What fruit? Avocado Upcoming appts? Jan 14 we find out boy or girl!!! Questions? Symptoms? Horribly stuffy nose GYKY: Christmas Eve it's simple but we always get Chinese and go into the hot tub, (no hot tub for me this year)
How many weeks? 17
What fruit? Onion
Upcoming appointments? Anatomy scan on Jan. 16th
Questions? Symptoms? Nothing really different from last week.
GTKY: We are spending Christmas Eve as our own family this year. We are going to church this afternoon and then coming home and just having finger foods for dinner. The kids will open their gifts from us. Usually, we go to either my Mom's or my husband's family, but my mom is in Florida this year visiting my sister ( she had a baby yesterday), so we are doing our own thing. I'm really looking forward to it.
@flerlgirl, congrats on your baby girl!
Sorry about the spacing, I just got an Ipad and it's spaced in my response, but not when I post. Any suggestions?
What fruit? Lemon. Is that really bigger than a peach?
Upcoming appts? Not for several weeks
Questions? Here is a question for you: My fiance and I are considering getting married in mid-August 2014 (due date is June 24th). Is that the craziest thing you've ever heard in your life?
GYKY: What is your favorite holiday tradition? When I was younger, some time in the week before Christmas we would go to this neighborhood that always did up the Christmas lights. Now I've moved away from my hometown, but we found another neighborhood up here and I love looking at the Christmas lights. I hope this is something we can keep doing with our baby and future kids.
Please excuse the formatting or lack thereof, my iPad seems to make everything wonky!
I'm 17 weeks! Crazy and hard to believe. Man, time is flying. I need to get my ish together...after we get through the holidays I can better get into nest mode
My next apt is mid-January for my a/s.
Questions? Symptoms? My belly has officially popped. If you know that I am pregnant you see my belly. I think I am in the "she looks pregnant but maybe she carries her weight in the tummy" phase. But there is no hiding that I have a belly.
This is totally how I look. Those close to me who know I'm pregnant see the belly, but I'm pretty sure strangers think I've just got a big gut and am not afraid to flaunt it...

What fruit? this ticker says lemon, my other one says peach.
Upcoming appts? A/S on Feb 4. This will be 6 weeks between appointments and definitely the longest I've gone since finding out. I'm happy to have the distraction of the holidays, travel, and family.
Questions? Symptoms? Did you like having people around in the early days of baby? Our family is literally making a calendar of when people can come and visit...we're talking like 6 straight months of house guests. I've very close and comfortable with everyone so it wouldn't be like I couldn't tell them to leave for a while or to do the dishes. Bad idea?
GYKY: What is your favorite holiday tradition? I love Christmas and this Christmas has been really fun because DH and I keep talking about what traditions we want to make happen for baby. My family always did our big meal on Christmas Eve and then quiche or cinnamon rolls on Christmas Day before presents. I want to open PJs on Christmas Eve to wear to bed, cookies and carrots for Santa, Night Before Christmas before bed. And I really want to do some sort of charity/volunteer work around the holidays--which I need to get on because I want to do this every year and never manage to.
