Question for btdt moms

I am a ftm so this is all so new to me

But I do have a question for btdt moms. The past couple of days I have noticed that at random times of the day my stomach will get rock hard, and it's hardest in my lower abdomen. It's not painful, but can be uncomfortable. It has only happened three or four times in the past week. I will be 24 weeks on Thursday and was wondering if these could be Braxton Hicks or just the baby laying in a weird position? I wasn't sure if BH started this early on? TIA for your help

Mine have started - I'm 22.5 weeks. Sounds about the time frame when they started with my son too. Of course the first time they scared the daylights out of me! I was sitting in the first time parents class and I stole my husband's ipod and they were actually pretty regular, which lead to us leaving the class and checking into L&D. I drank 2 bottles of water while they monitored him and all was fine. But if you have any questions, call your L&D and check.

My BH started to become noticeable when I was 16 weeks. It's a tightening of the stomach and not painful. They're normal, just make sure you keep hydrated

sounds exactly like BH, and exactly like what i've been feeling for about 1-2 months now. i never had a BH with my first pregnancy, though, so i hardly feel qualified to answer this question!
