Rainforest jumparoo help

We got the Fisher Price Rainforest jumparoo second hand and they didn't have th  manual with it. Can someone tell me when you're supposed to move the elastic bands up?

    When their feet fully touch the ground.  I believe only toes/balls of the feet should be touching.  We need to move ours up.

    This. They shouldn't be able to put their feet flat on the ground.

    Yup, we have that one too and like pps said it's when they are flat footed. We are already on the second to last one.

    We started out on the 2nd one. We're going to have to move it up to the last one! J's going to have to stop growing because he LOVES his jumparoo!!

    We moved his up 2 weeks ago when he was touching full feet, and we are about to move hers up.

    There is a little picture on the side of my Jumparoos near the straps.  It shows what the feet look like when its time to adjust.

    DX: PCOS/Recurrent losses/MTHFR mutation (compound hetero)
    5 hysteroscopies/2 surgical
    3 Inject IUIs = 2 m/c's and 1 BFN
    IVF #1= BFP. m/c at 7w6d. Needed 2 D&C's and scar tissue removal. Mild OHSS
    IVF #2 = BFP. Severe OHSS. 4 Drainings. TWINS!

    I had no idea it was when they were flat footed. Time to move up a notch!
    3 ectopic pregnancies (EDD's 1/30/12-tube removed, 6/2/12-methotrexate and 10/2/12-methotrexate)
    IVF and Natural FET resulted in BFN's and a hole in our wallets
    Natural BFP #4 on 9/7/12 gave us our miracle on 5/18/13

    I can see where that picture would come in handy but ours is rubbed off since we soaked it before we used ours.

    I didnt mean that like "hey dummy go look at the sticker", I meant that I saw it one day when I was washing it and thats how I realized you move it when they are flat footed.  I didnt know before I saw that either.
