Gas pains.

Sorry if this has been talked about but has anyone else been having terrible gas pains? Today out of no where my stomach started to ache and feel so full and tight we were on our way to dinner and I could barely eat. They when we got home I released gas lol and instantly felt better. But then it hurt again. And it hurts bad. Man. This also happened a few weeks ago. Who knew this would be happening. (FTM 23 wks)

    Yep, I've had some pretty brutal gas pains lately too. I heard of some moves...like laying on your side and being on all 4s with your booty in the air to try and get it out. I just lay in pain and wait for a release heh.

    Lol yeah I'm laying in bed now n it seems to be better but gosh who knew gas could be so miserable.

    Oh I know. When they hit, I don't care who's around or where I am. I'm going to try my hardest to fart.

    When I was pregnant with DD, I thought I had gone into labor but it was just gas pains lol I'm sure L&D thought I was nuts but it was painful!

    Yes!!! And, oddly for me, downing water seems to help it pass faster! It is so painful though! Ouch!

    Ya the water helps soo much! And I've used a heating pad before too. Because that is pretty painful!

    I just switch positions, sit up, lay down, left side, right side, on my back, etc.

    Oh, it's just been murder lately with the gas pain. Scary at first, now I'm just hydrating even more and skipping trigger foods.

    I had awful gas pains last night. It reminded me of labor with DS. After I finally farted I looked over at SO and said oh I'm so not ready for labor again yet, I'm going to enjoy these next four months! Lol

    Yes, I experienced this for the first time while pregnant 3 days ago. Had to buy some Gas-X for relief! Then again the next day, and yesterday I had a lot of gas but it just came out naturally. I've also been having small bowel movements, so not really constipated but not as regular as usual. It's frustrating!
