I got DS (age 5) a big trampoline for Christmas. I am not getting him the thing he really wants (Skylanders Swap Force), so I feel like his Christmas hopes are riding on this. DH and DS' dad think I should wait until the spring time to set it up (we live in MD so from here through March its 30 degrees) I think I should set it up now, so when he's all pumped Christmas morning he can actually use it. So WWJ13D?

    I agree with @CL8badB set it up for him now. When my siblings and I were younger we use to jump on our trampoline year round. Rain, shine, super hot or snowing, it didn't matter to us it was always a blast.

    My friend has hers set up in her basement with a screen around it, it is smaller than the average one.

    I got a trampoline in second grade, favorite gift ever. My parents set it up even though it was one I'd the coldest winters in history, and we had lots of snow. I jumped when I could. We made snow icecream from the "clean" snow that was on it when I couldn't. :)
