Where did my happy baby go :/

So the past few days we have had serious meltdowns! My 13 wk old out of no where will start screaming and I don't know why! No fever or anything noticeably wrong and the only way to make him happy is holding him! By no means am I complaining about holding him I just don't know what is wrong!!! And it worries me something is actually wrong.... Last night I was getting him ready for a bath when it started, put him in his tub and he got worse. I couldn't even get him dressed he was screaming so bad! Help! Does this sound normal???

    does LO wriggle around?

    DD was like that only when she had a big burp or gas to pass. She just wanted me to hold her, burp her, and rock her.

    That is what I initially thought but nothing he just lays there and screams and doesn't move a bit just screams :( it breaks my heart!

    Do you have the Wonder Weeks app? He may be in a leap or nearing a leap...can't remember where 13 weeks falls exactly.

    Hope your normal, happy baby comes back soon!! I will say that 3 months old was the best age for my LO so far. He turned into a fusser for months 4 and 5. We're at 5.5 months and the last two days he's been Mr. Smiley, sweet, happy guy...we'll see if that lasts.

    I second checking out the wonder weeks. It goes by full term birth age, so if your LO was a week early, he would be technically in his 12th week....which is a wonder week.

    I know it may be too early for your ds but my dd was like that about 3 weeks before she got a tooth. Out of nowhere she would just start crying and her sleeping habits changed. We then started to notice a sharp spot on her bottom gums and then just yesterday the tooth popped through. My dd is 4 months old though but I know they can start teething earlier too. Hope you can get it figured out, I know how hard it is to see them so distressed :(
