I'm not sure I would call one "worst" and one better - they've all been different! Around week 10 the constant nausea faded, but the quit burst of gagging and puking started. Those can be smell or sight triggered or random wake up in the middle of the night sessions. It's pretty awesome.
Weeks 6-10, though the ob put me behind a week (even though I don't completely agree) so I suppose that would be weeks 5-9? I'm feeling a lot better and I would be at 12 weeks this weeks instead of 11. Myeh. Who knows.
I'm not sure 5-7 were pretty much equally bad but other then soreness and tiredness I'm feeling pretty good at the moment. I just hope that it continues to go well because I've been sick 4 out of the last 5 Christmas' and I don't want to do it again.
week 6-7 as i was nauseous and then vomiting for three days straight it got bad enough that i should have been emitted to the hospital because of dehydration i was lucky though that the pills my doctor prescribed have worked.
Weeks 7 and 8 are tied. During 7, I was queasy all day long but had no appetite and the fatigue nearly killed me. Then in week 8, the constipation kicked in...a great thing to accompany the queasiness.
It got pretty gnarly around week 8, but I think it's just getting worse. Right now I am battling constant nausea, extreme fatigue (to the point where I fall asleep in the middle of doing things standing up) and in the past week I've also gotten really terrible acid reflux >_<
Week 7 & 8. I was even more exhausted than I am now, which is hard to believe. The nausea was also really bad and I couldn't even look at dairy without getting sick. I was okay for an hour in the morning, but after I ate I was sick for the rest of the day. Thankfully, my nausea is slowly going away, as is my lactose intolerance. (Yay for cheese!)
Definitely weeks 6-8. There was one day I vomitted every 30 minutes all day long. I'm at the end of week 9 and I just gag when I start to get hungry, so I jut keep trying to snack every two hours.
Week 10 was the worst. I'm still nauseous and have been gagging a lot the last 2 weeks. In fact, I just sneezed while writing this, which caused me to gag and them vomit. Awesome.
Week 7 was the worst for constant nausea (24 hr, including all night), but I'm currently Week 9 and it has been the worst for puking! I've been running to the bathroom, dry heaving, puking stomach acid...the works.
The constipation has been horrible throughout, I've been taking Zofran very occasionally (only when I absolutely couldn't function) and it has made it impossible to go to the bathroom. I've tried Colace, Benefiber, switched to iron-free vitamins...no luck yet. Already had to do one round of Magnesium Citrate after no BM for 6 days, and I'm currently on day 3 of no BM. I have an OB appointment on Monday, hoping that they have a safe solution. They made me do the Magnesium Citrate, but made it sound like it shouldn't be done frequently.
Can't wait until the puking stage is over, and hoping that the constipation doesn't last the whole pregnancy!!
P.S. I'm a bit ashamed of myself, but I officially can't stop whining lately...I don't think I've complained this much in my entire life! I feel bad for my husband!!
Weeks 7-10 have been pretty terrible. I've been taking Zofran so I can eat, work, and function normally. Words cannot describe how much I'm over this 1st tri.
Week 6 was pretty bad. I had two days during that week that I couldn't get up off the couch/bed. I'm only 9 weeks, so I'm a little worried that the worst may be yet to come.
Week 11 has been the worst. I haven't really had any strong symptoms other than exhaustion. But this week dry heaving and gagging at every smell/sight. and my emotions have been on a roller coaster this week. Ahh 12 weeks tomorrow hopefully things will start looking up
Week 7 was by far my worst... I spent about 4 days not able to hold down anything more substantial than water, which made me exhausted and weak. I told DH that week that we weren't having another, ever. I think I've gotten over that sentiment... for now.
