Pain??

Anyone else experiencing groin/ inner hip/ upper vagina pain? I have it all the time. Probably just ligament stretching, but woah it's bad and never goes away. Hurts when I walk, stand up, sit, have to change my pants. Anyone have any remedies that help??

  • Stretching/light yoga. I have had no will to exercise, but I force myself to do 10 minutes of this one prenatal exercise DVD. It seems to help.

  • I have gotten a little bit of that in the lower pelvic/upper hip area, most recently yesterday when I got on the elliptical.  I had to slow down a bit and it worked itself out, then I was able to continue.  Also, if I move or stretch funny, I kind of curl up a little until it decides that things are ok.  Maybe some slow/light movement/stretching or a little massage?  Feel better!
