I don't think I can take 1 more person telling me to "hang in there!" I'm hanging by threads, and one breaks every time someone says that!

I can't talk to DH about how miserable I am right now. I cried myself home the other night, I cried yesterday (and he didn't notice) and I cried tonight (my kids were suddenly angels, although I explained I was just tired and sore, and it was nothing they did). DH is working like crazy to get claims through before Friday. After Friday he says he can take care of me and the house and get ready for baby. But dammit, I need a shoulder to cry on.

MH is just getting under my skin with our Christmas plans. This is our first Christmas together and he doesn't want to make any changes to his plans which include sitting at his parents house all day, which isn't happening. And he's making me feel shitty for changing our plans. Ugh he annoys me.

I already posted on here, but didn't want to start a New post. My mom is awesome and is bringing DD and I homemade chicken noodle soup, home made cookies, and a movie since we both have colds.

Is home made one or two words?

My nursery is still not completed.

It's been 8 weeks since labor and I feel super fat. I'm never going to lose this weight since I have no time to work out now or anytime in the near future.

I still don't know if this baby shower is happening. Ughhh

For the last week or 2, DH has been telling me to calm down, he'll take care of things after the 20th. We can worry about Christmas stuff then, we can clean the house, take care of baby stuff, etc. All this stuff has been mildly (ok, REALLY) stressing me out. Saturday we're going to my grandparents' for a Christmas party, and going there as soon as we are all up, dressed, fed, etc. So like 8-9 AM. So, still stressing, since we have so much to do, and probably only Sunday afternoon to do it.

Today, he told me that TODAY is his last day of work. And as soon as he did XYZ, he was done. He's been done since 4 today, and has been fun, and laid back, and just great! Tonight he's been playing with the kids, and we're planning on a nice evening together, just the 2 of us, once the children go to bed

We got the cleaning started tonight, so we have all of tomorrow to catch up on laundry and dishes! We may be ready for this baby yet!

I understand how you feel. It can get better with time. I did get tired of hearing people say "It took 9 months to gain, so expect 9 months to lose it"
