Drying up my milk--what to do?

Hi All,
My son self-weaned last week and I have dropped my pumping down to once per day over a few weeks.  Over the last two days, I haven't pumped at all but my breasts are full and uncomfortable.  Should I just push through and let it go for a few days longer or should I pump a bit?  I want the milk to dry as quickly as possible so if a minor pump will reset the clock, I would rather push through.  My job is really busy so cabbage leaves and ice packs just won't work.  Any advice from those that have already shut down the milk factory?  Thanks in advance.

    Don't pump, just push through.  Try Sudafed like mentioned above it's really bad.  but the discomfort should be done in a day I'd think
