I'd pay off all of our bills, give each of the kids a hefty college fund, buy a second home in Arizona, and donate some to a good charity. I'm a big fan of the Wounded Warrior Project.
Pay off everything that needs to be paid off (car, furniture, any debt...) then buy a new house. Help our families out, but my parents a new home. Then we don't know. That's all we've discussed.
Pay off our debt along with our parents and my brothers. Buy mom a house. Buy us a house. College fund for my kids including step children. Go on a huge family vacation to an island. ETA: also donate a large some to wounded warriors.
Come on ladies... we can do better than bills and houses. I would Buy a classic old Ferrari, a new V10 spyder Audi R8, a beautiful black horse (probably a Morgan), buy a house on a lake with a boat, travel, pay off everything, buy a new house, go wild shopping, set family up with help then hire someone to manage my finances.
Buy a bigger house, set up trusts for my kids, help family, become a philanthropist, join some boards, and start painting again in a glorious light filled studio.
DH and I have talked about this. 636 mil is too much for me to think about, but if we won 12 mil and put it in the bank and got even 1% interest on it, we could quit our jobs and live off the interest in a manner similar to what we're used to and volunteer. I'd probably still teach, because it's what I love. But I'd definitely quit my job and get my masters before going back. DH would play video games all day. Oh, and we'd give at least 10% away off the top.

Baby Girl Born: April 2014 If you ask me what I came to do in this world, I, an artist, I will answer you:
I have no idea what would be left after taxes, but what I would do with any X ridiculous sum of money...
Pay off all our debt, and the debt of our close family or dear friends.
Stick enough in the bank that we would be able to pay our bills and living expenses through interest.
Set up trusts for the kids.
Buy a nice home outright.
Buy a new vehicle for DH outright. I suppose if we had that much money I could buy a new one for myself as well, but I would be content with using the vehicle that DH currently uses. Mine is a hunk of garbage that we'd get rid of if we could afford to replace it.
Finish a degree in something that I actually valued.
Donate, donate, donate. I'd love to have a good chunk of money to put toward the medical care of premature babies or NICU babies in general. Whether that meant donating to a certain organization or to individual hospitals/NICUs I have no idea.
Aaand, much like @BiggerinRealLife's DH, my DH would probably play video games all day. )
As for what else I would personally do? God, I don't even know. It's difficult for me to think in terms of luxuries anymore.
March 2017 September Siggy Challenge: Favorite Fall Things
Pay off our debt, donate 10%, invest it and live off interest. My dh would want a new car and I want to be able to travel the world. And I would hire a maid and a nanny. I'd still be a SAHM but an extra pair of hands all the time would be really nice.
Buy back the house next door on the cape & renovate both of them. Pay off all the family's mortgages, school loans, etc. and buy a compound near the beach in the Carolinas. Hire a travel agent to plan absurd annual trips. New cars all around. Hire DD's amazing care provider to be exclusively ours and pay her absurdly well, with benefits & time off since she has grand kids of her own.
Pay debts, buy new cars and a nice but modest house (I don't want a maid and I don't want to clean a mansion), buy a condo at the beach where my friend and I go every year (except this one, baby is due that time!), trust fund for my kids, pay off my bff's debts and buy her a house while I'm at it. Travel.

-Quit my job. -Buy a house. -College funds for kids. -Travel. -Have a third baby. -Buy SO and myself new cars. -Help out my grandparents so my gpa can retire finally. -Fun stuff.
Pay off our debt and all of our families debt. Give each family member a million each. Buy a new, nice, forever home. Buy a new vehicle. Donate to several charities. Travel. Be as generous as I could be to whoever I came in contact with. Save the rest!
Of course I would do all the things like pay off debt, money to my family, buy a house but the fun stuff: start a little farm, couple cows, horses, pigs, chickens. Pay my SO to have a second child haha. I'd bribe him with motorcycles and cool cars. Buy some land and ATVs and make some bad ass trails. Eat lots of fancy chocolate cakes. Go on a couple cruises with my whole family. Gosh that would be nice...
Why do my boobs look so good? Then I peed on a stick...
Pay off everything for ourselves, parents and siblings. Build our dream house. Take all our friends on an all expenses paid vacation (like charter a yacht or something). Invest, set up trusts, hire an excellent financial advisor. Give to charity. Make friends with Britney Spears.
I would donate 50% immediately, invest 20%, leaving me with about $100,000,000 (assuming the taxes take about half off the top of your winnings) and play with the rest, doing pretty much everything else mentioned here. Cars, houses, vacations, paid college for life (for me AND my kids), no working for me, lots and lots of pets. I'd start a charity foundation and I'd make sure *most* of my family was taken care of as well.
this!!! 10% seems so little when you think of the full amount- I would FEEL SO GUILTY if I did anything less than half.-- that amount of money scares me though!! I just cant comprehend!

-I don't have the debt issue but my mom does like crazy so I'd help her out with that. -Redo her kitchen and give her house porch lights -Buy a truck -Fix the giant scratch I put on my moms car when I first got my license lol whoops -Get an apartment big enough for me and baby -Pay off all these doctor bills -I'd probably start college once the baby is old enough for preschool
Other than that and saving a large amount I'm not really sure.
Re: 636 million dollars...
ETA: also donate a large some to wounded warriors.
ETA: And get a couple new cars.
