    WTF snow?! You are very pretty to look at but a total pain if I need to leave the house with LO. I must get to the grocery store today since I promised MIL I would bake some of "my" special cookies, and we leave for the ILs on Saturday morning, but I really don't want to dig out my car and bundle up LO just to buy cookie ingredients. Maybe DH will go when he's off work so that LO doesn't have to come...

    Also, I know this is a popular one around here, but WTF 4 month wakeful/developmental leap? I just can't figure it out - first, LO took forever to go down for the night (for a month!) but once she was down, she only woke once in the MOTN. Now, she is going down very quickly and easily (within 15 minutes) but waking up multiple times overnight. I think I prefer this because rocking her for hours was frustrating and exhausting, but ask me again in a week when I've been getting up multiple times a night instead of just once. She likes to change it up on me!

    This is rather silly but I'm posting it anyways...

    WTF MIL? I'm so thankful that you come to my house to watch LO every Monday & Tuesday but why can't you put matching clothes on him?! I come home those days to find my baby wearing all sorts of mismatched clothing and she generally has him WAY over dressed!

    It's cold here (for Florida!) but our house was warm (I monitor the heater via Nest) and she still had him in a onesie, a long sleeve shirt over the onesie, pants, a hat and socks.

    Umm... A long sleeve onesie and leggings would have been fine...

    What is it with MILs and clothing.  My MIL is the exact opposite.  I typically leave LO in her sleeper until after her morning nap and then change her.  MIL doesn't get this; she leaves her in her sleeper all day, even if I lay out clothes.  She also is scared of cloth diapers and changes her 1-2 times within 7-8 hours even if I give her a disposables option.

    @lorjo2022. I feel you on that one. All holidays for us are going to be tough because DH is the only family that in laws have left after burned bridges and family members passing away. Unfortunately, we most likely won't ever visit my family on holidays. While I feel bad for them, I want to enjoy our little family too.

    @caz1221 I also need to to got the grocery store in this snow to get ingredients for cookies. I just keeping looking out the window hoping my car is magically cleaned off.

    WTF DH's coworkers. Stop pressuring him to go for drinks after work. He actually wants to come home to see his family and LO. I am not guilting him.

    WTF sickness. I had high hopes you would skip our house. Son's school nurse called, he had a temp of 102. So its off to the doctor we go. Praying it isn't the flu. UGH

    I got 2 for today...

    WTF exhaustion! Lack of sleep finally caught up with me, and on Monday night, I was starting to feel sick. DH suggested I call out of work, which allowed me to both nap, and go to bed earlier. HE also said it was best to take today as well...giving me a 4 day weekend. I am starting to feel a bit better now. My 2 biggest pay weeks are coming, and we did not want to miss any pay

    WTF cat! Stop eating my Christmas tree and knocking down ornaments. Thank goodness LO's special ornaments are wrapped around the tree branches

    WTF kidney stones? My ppd is kicking my ass. I return back to work in two weeks and my anxiety about leaving LO is through the roof. Now I have to deal with you too. I don't want to spend my last few days with LO going to doctors, having tests ran and possibly surgery. It shatters my heart into a million pieces.

    And WTF nurse in the ER? I know I have bad veins, but I kept telling you were hurting me. Now I have this to show for it.

He does love attention (and food), but he has been an angel since LO arrived, just hanging on the couch or in the nursery with us. He's certified as a therapy dog, so nothing really phases him. I take him to a local nursing home for visits with the residents.

    We had 2 pugs but our other one (7 year old fawn guy) passed away when LO was 12 days old. I miss him every day.

    wtf sickness! How did you find us!! I quarantined my husband from the baby for two days and today he wakes up miserable. I am heart broken. And of course it's on a day my husband has to work 5am-midnight. Grrrr. I really hope we all feel better in the next day. So we can have fun this weekend! I hate this. On a positive note I'm not getting out of bed or out of pjs. Packing can suck it.
