Omg my family got this ninja flu

All of the are barfing & have the runs out of no where!! I was at my parents all day yesterday & my mom text me today that they r all super sick now DH is worried I'm gonna get this ninja flu so I'm stuck home... Is it ok to drink Emergen-C? I can't get sick

    Sounds like its just a stomach virus and if so it will have to just run its course. If you get sick manage any fevers with Tylenol and keep hydrated. 

    Emergen-C's website says to talk to you doctor before taking it.

    Most docs say emergen-C is okay but check with yours first.  I would also try to go stay with a friend or family and get away from that craziness.  If you start to develop a fever go to the hospital.

    Ugh that's awful! I've been a little sick the past few days and it's especially annoying during holiday season because I have so much to do! Hope it's swift and not too bad, feel better!

    It's 2 days of puking and peeing from your butt. How miserable! No one in my house has it but my mom had it last week and then I was at their house all day yesterday and then today my mom text me to not come over cause my dad and brother have the flu whatever it is now. Now I'm at

    You would only catch it if you were there while they had active symptoms (trust me - I've been an emetophobe for 26 years, and I know how to avoid catching barf bugs). If you do get it, just stay hydrated as well as you can.

    My doctor said Emergen-C is ok to take, but I don't know if it would help with a stomach virus!!! Good luck. The flu is awful!!!
