NBR: How to change signature

I swear I've saved and saved my forum signature.  Like 100 times.  No joke.  I can even log on with a different computer and see the new signature under the Settings.  It has:
DS/LO #1: Born 3/19/2012 
DS/LO #2: Born 10/20/2013

But when I read the message boards, my old signatures with my old pregnancy ticker shows.

What gives?
